Accessible Web Frontend Development
Standards-Based PSD to XHTML Design Conversion and more...
I'm a freelancer specialising in the conversion of conceptual web mockups into sparkling CSS/XHTML.
Concentrating solely on frontend coding since 2005, I've translated a large number of designs into pages that are both very accurate and highly accessible. Many of these have passed formal usability and accessibility testing.
What I can offer:
- Genuinely accessible, semantic and clean XHTML/CSS
- Extremely accurate realisation of designs
- Usage of JavaScript where appropriate
- Friendly, flexible and open-minded approach
In essence, I aim to make the outsourcing process as smooth for my clients as possible.
Occasionally I get involved in some more unusual projects such as complex browser-based applications. These are great, and can require some really interesting CSS/XHTML solutions. Generally I’m happy to take on most challenges!
Why Web Standards?
The benefits of quality, standards-based CSS/XHTML are numerous. Ultimately, it can lead to significant cost savings and increases in income. Find out more about these benefits.
